In any workshop on the Mitigation of Our-Own-Alienative-Conflicts - - - it is essential that there be respect for 
very basic guidelines; such as:

 1. Respect the moderator of any discussion.
 2. Only one person speak at a time.
 3. No debates between just two or three persons, un-moderated.
 4. No yelling, screaming, threats or foul language.
 5. No pretentions of personal superiority over other participants.
 6. Avoid mere expressions of frustration, anger, resentment, distrust, cynicism, pessimism, etc.
 7. Defer to people who have not made any contribution before speaking more than one time.
