The course of evolution of an Alienative-Conflict 
depends upon how people are involved as:

 1. Profiteers,
    a. Intentionally,
    b. Unintentionally,
    c. Unknowingly,
    d. Complicity/Unknowingly,
   
 2. Victims
    a. Intentionally,
    b. Unintentionally,
    c. Unknowingly,
    d. Complicity/Unknowingly,

 3. Misguided Interveners/Rescuers,

 4. Confused  Interveners/Rescuers,

 5. Professional-Interveners "Doing their Duties"

 We need to recognize that Alienative-Conflicts are not purely Objective-Realities - - - even though there
are objective aspects to what takes place during the Evolutions of Alienative-Conflicts.  Those objective
aspects may not be the most essential and/or revealing aspects of the Evolutions of the Alienative-Conflicts.
It will not be enough to focus upon those aspects.  To be helpful we must intentionally look for more
essential and revealing aspects of the Evolutions of the Alienative-Conflicts.

Among the Key-Aspects of Alienative-Conflicts are Reflexive-Realities that pertain to human:
  
 1. Ideals, Values, Principles, Virtues, Hopes, Expectations, Goals, etc.
 2. Emotions, Moods, Attitudes, Fears, Anxieties, Terrors, Grudges, Resentments, etc.
 3. Points-of-View, Perspectives, Observations, Experiences, etc.
 4. Relationships with other persons, communities, organizations, institutions, etc.
 5. Greed, Envy, Covetousness, Desires, etc.
 6. Mental-Illnesses, Addictions, Injuries, Diseases, etc.

All of the above need to be open to consideration in efforts to Mitigate our Own-Alienative-Conflicts. Beware
of systematically/thoughtlessly putting any of the above realities aside to "simplify" your life.   Ignorance 
is not long "bliss". Ignorance, prejudices and biases are not SUSTAINABLE-REALITIES!
