To reduce Long-Term Costs to the Whole-Crew of Space-Ship-Earth - - - 

We will do well to emphasize low-risk-high-gain Educational-Efforts within

Educational-Programs for babies and children from the very start of life in:

 1. Day-Care-Centers maintained by the community as a whole,
 2. Homes,
 3. Community-Centers for general community use,
 4. Churches, Synagogues, and Mosques,
 5. Recreational-Centers,
 6. Swimming-Pools,
 7. Ice-Skating-Rinks,
 8. Roller-Skating-Rinks, etc.

Such efforts are essential to avoiding the Long-Term-High-Risks and High-Alienative-Conflict-Costs
and the subsequent Alienation-Costs - - - which regularly occur with great reliability - - - in the
absence of Low-Cost and Low-Risk Education in Conflict-Mitigation-Efforts.  When Domineering Bullies
are successful in Eliminating Low-Cost and Low-Risk Educational Training in Conflict-Mitigation - - -
the Long-Term-Costs are far greater than what was saved by Eliminating the Low-Cost and Low-Risk
Training the Conflict-Mitigation.  There are extremely great long-term-costs due to the Alienative-Moods,
Attitudes and Prevailing Choices of Domineering-Bullies and Mobbing-Mobsters who are indifferent to
the Decay of Communal-Integrities and Personal-Integrities when Corporations are Dedicated to Maximizing
only Greedy-Profits.  Domineering-Bullies and Mobbing-Mobsters are out-of-touch with the realities of
Long-Term-Costs.
