Near the beginning of a university course/work-shop on helping people to Mitigate their
Own Alienative-Conflicts - - - is will be helpful for students together to sign a common-
pledge-to:

 1. Focus their own and each other's attentions on ways to encourage-each-other to-help-
    yet-others in their lives - - - to Work-Intentionally in Well-Informed-Ways on
    Mitigating-Their-Own-Alienative-Conflicts - - - to the best of their own abilities. 

 2. To Agree that within the class-work-shop context, the word "Mitigate" connotes
    "The Net-Long-Term-Overall-Reduction of some reality - - - for ALL of the Members 
    of the Crew of Space-Ship-Earth" - rather than for any few-people, in the short-term.
    
 3. To Agree that within the class-work-shop context, the word "Augmentation" connotes
    "The Net-Long-Term-Overall-Increase of some reality - - - for ALL of the Members of 
    the Crew of Space-Ship-Earth" - rather than for any few-people, in the short-term.

 4. To Agree that within the class-work-shop-context, the word "Alienative" connotes
    "Alienation-Generating-Threats" to  Personal-and-Communal Integrities-and-
    Integrative-Processes - - - by Encouraging and Facilitating the Net-Long-Term 
    Gracious-Augmentation of the following "Gracious-Realities" listed in item #6:

 5. The words "Mitigation" and "Augmentation" may apply: to "Gracious-Realities" 
    and   to  "Gracious-Augmentations   and   to   "Alienative-Realities" all-around.

 6. The following realities are the "Gracious-Realities" references in item #4 above.

    a. Reliable-Accurate	Communications of Personal-Experiences;

    b. Reliable-Accurate	Descriptions  of  Personal-Experiences;

    c. Reliable Patterns of	Personal Cooperation-and-Colaboration;

    d. Open-and-Honest		Dialogues about many-of-our-own-and-others' - - -

    Personal-Concerns		Healthy-Needs 	Experiences of Distributive-Justice

    Ideals	Values		Principles		Virtues		Health	

    Personal-Integrities		Communal-Integrities	Contentions	Conflicts

 7. To agree that "conflicts" exists within a community of people - - - to the extent
    that differing people find it impossible to fulfill their: DIFFERING-MOST-HONORED:

    Ideals	Values		Principles		Virtues		Hopes
  
    Moods	Stances		Positions		Coalitions	Habits 

    Views	Perspectives	Consensuses		Understandings	Opinions . . . .

    Because they lack authentic: integrity, coherence, balance and mutually-
    complementary aspects - - - which are essential to both Personal-and-Communal
    Mitigations of our Alienative-Contests over Finite-Resources-and-Opportunities
    Within God's Astronomically-Tiny-Space-Ship-Earth - - - which is Essentially 
    Isolated from similar Extraterrestrial-Material-Resources because of the 
    Astronomically-Great distances that all of them are - - - from Space-Ship-Earth. 

 8. It is important Recognize and Give-Due-Consideration-To the fact that many of the
    realities in item #7 above are not usually seen as playing any important roles - - -
    that need to be the focus of attention in working cooperatively to Mitigate-Our-Own
    Alienative-Conflicts.  Yet, there are ways in which they can play key-roles!
