In a Course/Workshop on helping people to Mitigate Their-Own Alienative-Conflicts, the focus needs to be primarily, if not exclusively, upon descriptions of people's most helpfully relevant: 1. Experiences, 2. Insights, 3. Conceptual-Frameworks, 4. Clusters of Mutually-Complementary: Ideals, Values, Principles, Virtues, Hopes, Aspiration & Visions; 5. Mind-Sets-and-Moods, 6. Attitudes, 7. Priorities, 8. Approaches to Conflicts, 9. Ways of Building-More-Trust, 10. Ways of Facilitating Open-and-Honest-Dialogues, 11. Ways of Facilitating Intimate-Personal-Relationships, 12. Ways to Live Long-Term-Sustainable Life-Styles, 13. Suggestions of How-to-Help Others to Mitigate Their-Own Alienative-Conflicts. All members of the class/work-shop need to collaborate in seeking to mitigate alienative behaviors on the part of members of the class/workshop - - - when distracted-from kind-and-gracious ways of supporting the overall-purpose of the course/work-shop. Practice Conflict-Mitigation at all times in coherent-and-integrative-ways! Such distractive-behaviors may include: 1. Contentious Arguments and Debates. 2. Taking Mutually Exclusive Positions on Conflicts, Truth-Claims, Ideals, Values, Principles, Virtues, etc. 3. Defending Alienative-Behaviors as worthy of honor, respect, support and maybe even reverence. 4. Defending violations of people's communication-rights regarding what they truly believe. 5. Defending Alienative-Conflicts as legitimate, honorable, profitable, and in the common-interest. 6. Using pejorative language in Alieinative-Ways. 7. Playing-to-WIN Collusive-Games of Mutual-Self-Deception. 8. Defending Alienative-Punishments imposed by Domineering-Bullies upon Vulnerable-People. 9. Augmenting Vulnerable People's-Vulnerabilities. 10. Posturing as being able to settle conflicts/disputes/dilemmas. 11. Posturing as being superior to others who are inferiors to them. 12. Trusting Isolated-Experts-and-Technocrats as being Wise-and-Prudent in Mitigating-Conflicts. 13. Trusting Mutually-Exclusive-Isolated: Ideals, Values, Principles, Virtues, etc. 14. Trusting Mutually-Exclusive Isolated-Leaders who are Domineering-Bullies. 15. Trusting statements which cannot be tested for accuracy, reliability, integrity and/or sustainability. 16. Trusting doctrines which cannot be tested for accuracy, reliability, integrity and/or sustainability. 17. Starting and/or Perpetuating Alienative: Rituals, Ideals, Values, Traditions, Expectations, etc. 18. Starting and/or Perpetuating Alienative: Traditions, Expectations, Addiction, Collusive-Games of MSD.
