Often when we are trying to communicate with a person, and we are separated from each 
other by one or more Alienative-Conflicts - - - we may be:

 1. Unable to trust each other, and are reluctant to reveal: our-selves, our-fears,
    our-anxieties, our-vulnerabilities, etc.

 2. Inclined to take:  defensive-postures, offensive-postures; cover-behind-walls,
    masks, pretenses, misleading-behaviors, etc.

 3. Inclined to be angry and to attack in incoherent ways that we cannot explain.

 4. Disinclined-to-try To-Understand-Each-Other in any profound way.

Unable-to-See  what steps-to-take to help-each-other to Mitigate-Our-Common-Alienative-
Conflicts BY:

 1. Asking each other to try to openly and honestly describe what: Truths, Beliefs,
    Convictions, Assumptions, Premises, Attitudes, Approaches - - - seem to us to
    be most: Obvious, Trust-Worthy, Sure, Secure, Safe, Right, etc.

 2. What evidence we each have, that each other is "strange" - - - because we see no 
    evidence that they share the above FOUNDATIONS with us.

 3. What evidence we each have, that each other is a threat to us and what we 
    stand for, a threat to "our-position", a threat to what is most important to us.

In the above circumstances we are not likely to try to act in Gracious-Coherent-Ways
in Collaborative-Efforts-to-Mitigate-Our-Common-Alienative-Conflicts; UNLESS:

 1. We have studied deeply the complex ways in which Alienative-Conflicts rob us
    of our ability to Mitigate-Alienative-Conflicts in collaborative-gracious-ways.

 2. We have trained in Role-Playing-Work-ShOps how to facilitate the kinds of open-
    and-honest-dialogues which are essential to Gracious-Coherent-Ways in to begin
    Collaborative-Efforts-to-Mitigate-Our-Common-Alienative-Conflicts.

 3. We are Most-Focused upon doing what we can do to Mitigate-Our-Own-Complicity in 
    Augmenting-Alienative-Relationships among people - - - rather-than-upon:

    a. What is ABSOLUTELY: TRUE, AUTHORIZED, PERMITTED, REQUIRED, PURE, PRESCRIBED, etc.
    b. What other people MUST believe,
    c. What we MUST believe,
    d. How to MAKE people assent-to  "right-orthodox-beliefs",
    e. How to MAKE people recite     "right-orthodox-doctrines",
    f. How to MAKE people perform    "right-orthodox-rituals",
    g. How to ENFORCE-ESSENTIAL-PATTERNS-OF-CONFORMITY,
    h. How to ENFORCE-ESSENTIAL-PATTERNS-OF-PROPRIETY, 
    h. What Domineering-Bullies:  want, demand, command, require, etc.
    i. The Preoccupations of Domineering-Bullies-in-General.

 4. We know that the essences of EVIL are found in GREED and ALIENATION.

 5. We know that conformity is NOT the essence of righteousness.

 6. We Realize that Communal-Security is more Sustainable-and-Robust than Private-
    Security - - - which is based upon GREED with its associated ALIENATION.
