It is very difficult for people to mitigate and heal their own patterns of alienative conflicts --- when they trust-in-unthinking-ways --- the following kinds of realities: 1. Ancient Cultures-and-Traditions of Dis-Trust, Anger, Revenge, Punishments, etc.

2. Dis-Trust that is based upon Race, Language or superficial physical appearances of people.

3. Uninformed and/or Thoughtless: Prejudices, Biases, Ignorance, Attitudes, Approaches and/or Assumptions.

4. Confused patterns of "thought", feelings, "logic", "intuition" and/or "reasoning" --- that lack real authenticity, integrity and/or coherence.

5. Leaders who are mentally-ill, addicts, codependent-supporters, greedy, domineering, ego-centric, and/or are trying to win Collusive-Games-of-Mutual-Self-Deception.

6. Leaders who are imprisoned in dysfunctional-evil-relationships that are dominated by Alienative-Conflicts.

7. Leaders who are unilaterally seeking to achieve: Invulnerability, Superiority, Dominance, Perfection, Security and Risk-Free-Life-Styles --- while being indifferent to the costs to others of their efforts.

8. Leaders who are preoccupied with outstanding-concentrations of: wealth, power, energy, influence, honors, respect, admiration, controls, technologies, luxuries, etc.

9. Leaders who view any admiration and/or respect for: empathy, sympathy, generosity, hospitality, honesty, dialogue, listening, intimacy, patience, tolerance and mutuality --- as dangerous obstacles to real success.

10. "Good" Leaders who seek to unilaterally-resolve other people's conflicts for them.
