Honesty-and-Openly Describing the essential-foundations-for-personal- and-communal-integrations-and-integrities --- can generate contentious- responses-from-current-powerful-leaders who feel-threatened-and-singled- out by-the-timing of the publications-of the descriptions --- which made clear what the intentions of the publishers were; at least in the perception of those who feel personally threatened by such publications!

What then will be the "proper time" to publish Descriptions of the Essential-Foundations for Personal-and-Communal Integrations-and-Integrities? When will there be no leaders who perceive such publications as aimed- intentionally-and-personally-directly at-them as particular-individuals?
