Course Keys **** Our Personal-and-Communal Integrities are tragically undermined --- to the extent that we have internalized --- ideals, values, principles, goals, etc. WHICH: 1. Each demand undivided loyalty and/or Claim-to-be-God. 2. Are internally inconsistent. 3. Are at war with each other. 4. Are not mutually supportive of each other. 5. Are not well integrated with each other. 6. Deny that there is any transcendent reality. 7. Deny that there can be any true integrity. 8. Deny that humans can contribute to any true-integrity. 9. Deny that there exist any limits/limitations that humans cannot transcend or eliminate. The above kinds of internalizations of Alienative-Conflicts occur within: a. Individual-Persons, b. Families, c. Tribes, d. Villages, e. Cities, f. States, g. Provinces, h. Nations, i. Professions, j. Religions, k. Political-Parties, l. Academic-Disciplines, m. Cultures, etc. It is absurd/unreasonable for us to: assume, expect, hope or plan --- that we can help other people to Mitigate-Their-Own-Alienative-Conflicts --- when we have failed to become aware of OUR OWN tragically internalized conflicts within/among OUR OWN: ideals, values, principles, goals, etc. --- that are in conflict with each other. Facilitating such awareness within ourselves and each other must be a priority --- for us to enjoy health and integrity! To be helpful, different people need to be engaged in Open-and-Honest-Dialogues about the differences between their own diverse: ideals, values, principles, goals, hopes, attitudes, assumptions, expectations, fears, anxieties, vulnerabilities, risks; and related other-realities. Such Open-and-Honest-Dialogues Are-Taboo to Domineering-Bullies --- who are Playing-Collusive-Games-of-Mutual-Self-Deception - - - about how and why they are best qualified to be communal leaders. True-Lovers are qualified to be communal leaders in helping different people to Mitigate- Their-Own-Alienative-Conflicts --- To-the-Extent that True-Lovers focus upon the facilitation of Open-and-Honest-Dialogues about the Roots-of-Alienative-Conflicts within ALL of the: tragically internalized conflicts between/among: ideals, values, principles, goals, attitudes, assumptions, expectations, fears, anxieties, vulnerabilities, risks and other related realities among those involved. Helping each other to become clearly aware of such conflicting realities --- must be a high priority for all of us to attend to! Before we can help others to Mitigate-their-own Alienative-Conflicts Rooted-within-their- Own-Differences --- we must ourselves study our own differences through Open-and-Honest- Dialogues about the conflicts that are rooted within OUR OWN differences! Thus we come to the helpful focus of any university course about Helping-Other to Mitigate-Their-Own Alienative-Conflicts!! The focus of each such course must be fine-tuned to the needs of the different students who are in each course --- to help each other to focus upon clarifying the alienative conflicts that are rooted within their own tragically-internalized-incoherent: ideals, ideas, values, principles, goals, etc.
