Within a Sick-Community that Lacks-Integrity - - - the Persons-and-Organizations 
interact with each other in sick-ways which Lack-Integrity by being motivated and 
guided by Sick-Disintegrative: Ideals, Values, Ideas, Fears, Anxieties, Terrors, 
Visions, Hopes, Assumptions, Aspirations, Attitudes, Approaches, Greed, Envy, 
Virtues and Vices.

The "Problems" of a Sick-Community are NOT-ROOTED in lacks-pertaining-to Not-Enough-
Concentrations of: Energy, Resources, Technologies, Technocrats, Specialists, Powers, 
Wealth, Solutions, Objectivity, Certainty, Controls, Violence, Coercion, Domination, 
etc.  The "Problems" are NOT-Real-Problems.   What appear to be "Problems" --- are 
instead REFLEXIVE-DILEMMAS that are rooted in Not-Yet-Mitigated-Alienative-Conflicts 
which can be Truly-Mitigated only with Participant-Victims playing central roles in 
Mitigating-Their-Own-Alienative-Conflicts.

Sick-People in Sick-communities do not talk Openly-and-Honestly about the Elephants 
That-Sit-in-Their: Living-Rooms, Church-Sanctuaries, Temples, Corporation-Board-Rooms, 
Factories,     Military-Industrial-Congressional-Complexes,    Alienative-Economic-
Regulation-Centers,   Alienative-Scientific-Research-Laboratories,   and   Weapons-
Development-Research-Centers.

Such-Hidden-Dilemmas can be mitigated only to the extent that all people work in
cooperative ways to Mitigate-Their-Own-Alienative-Conflicts Between/Among Their-BEST:
Ideals,  Values,  Principles,  Fears, Anxieties, Visions, Hopes, Assumptions, Aspirations,
Attitudes, Greed, Envy, Vices, Etc.  

It is the Alienative-Conflicts  Between/Among what we regard as BEST  - - - -  that 
generate the Most-Destructive-Conflicts and Our Most-Alienative-Patterns in how we 
View-and-Approach Each-Other-Stranger; when we have not taken the time and or risks 
to get to truly know and understand strangers; from their own perspectives and points-
of-view.
