Course keys ***** Each election year that a political party LOSES-in-a-BIG-Way, the leaders of the losing party need to court opportunities to facilitate open-and-honest-dialogues with Independents and members of the Losing-Political-Party --- about why they voted for candidates of the Winning-Political- Party. The needed Open-and-Honest-Dialogues need to be focused upon: (1) The real-concerns and authentic-needs of the voters who voted for the Winning-Party's winning-candidates. (2) The Positive-Affirmations and Positive-Demonstrations of the Admired-Virtues articulated and demonstrated by the candidates who won election contests. (3) The traditional "virtues" and "admired" behaviors which the majority of voters turned away from on election day; because the traditions were not seen as gracious, authentic or likely to help people to mitigate their Own-Alienative-Conflicts. There is no Long-Term-Enduring-Net-Gain in focusing attention upon the misguided views of our Domineering-Bullies and Mobbing-Mobsters --- who have been rejected by any fair democratic vote.
