In a course on helping people to mitigate Their-Own Alienative-Conflicts --- students may get
started in focusing their efforts by:

(1) Using finding tools in the web pages of www.essayz.com/wdstart.htm --- to find essays related
to their common interests pertaining to Alienative-Conflicts which are of concern/interest to 
them personally --- as possible foci in their work together in the course.

(2) Making known to all other students in the class; up to ten essays which they have found to
present interesting thoughts worthy of their extended attention in Open-and-Honest-Dialogue ---
regarding how to help people to Mitigate Their-Own-Alienative-Conflicts and so regarding the very
foundations of such efforts.

(3) Then visiting with other students about their mutual interests,insights, considerations and 
suggested foci for extended attention.

(4) Writing a few essays of their own which flow from the above efforts - - - and sharing those 
essays with all members of the class in efforts to stimulate the evolution of teams of two to four
students - - - working cooperatively upon helping others in the future to mitigate their own
particular Alienative-Conflicts - - - regarding which the students might make a helpful 
difference in the coming years.
