Human-Relationships are Truly-Healthy-and-Honorable --- only to the extent that:

 1. Very few participants are dominant and/or subservient.

 2. There is little evidence of a Pattern-of-the-Rank-Ordering of those who are involved.

 3. Communications flow freely through Open-and-Honest-Dialogues among all of those who are
    involved.

 4. The Humane-Relationships Affirm-and-Demonstrate Distributive-Justice for all involved.

 5. Participants are enlightened by Clear-Articulations of Clusters-of-Mutually-Supportive:
    Virtues, Ideals, Values, Principles, Hopes, Aspirations, etc. --- offered by people who are 
    NOT KNOWN FOR playing dominant roles in setting priorities regarding the distribution 
    and use of: power, influence, wealth and limited natural-resources.

 6. True Affirmations of Integrations-and-Integrities are NOT made for the purpose of:
    (a) Threatening the sense-of-security of particular persons and/or coalitions of persons,
    (b) Making vulnerable people more insecure - - - than they already are,
    (c) Making people feel like and view themselves as fools,
    (d) Undermining people's self-esteem, etc.

 7. AUTHENTIC-People; 

    (a) Acknowledge that there exist multiple-alternative-ways  to affirm-and-demonstrate 
    essential-forms-of personal-and-communal Integrations-and-Integrities --- with some ways
    likely to be less-threatening than other effective equivalent-ways.

    (b) Seek to Mitigate-Alienative-Conflicts by seeking to demonstrate the least-threatening
    among the possible-equivalent-alternative-ways.

 8. Gracious-People affirm-clusters-0f-Alternative-Equivalent-Ways to demonstrate particular
    essential-forms-of-personal-and-communal Integrations-and-Integrities; to expand the known
    spectrum of alternatives to choose from, for gracious affirmations that are not threatening.

 9. People acknowledge that they:
    (a) Can-NOT know and understand absolute truth.
    (b) Need to acknowledge how inter-dependent they are with each other.
    (c) Need to acknowledge how inter-dependent authentic-partial-truths are with each other.
    (d) Do-NOT know WHO IS Evil or Good.
    (e) Can-NOT know WHO is Evil or Good.
    (f) Need-NOT know WHO is Evil or Good.

10. People-Work-to-Avoid-Being-Bullies who are Complicit in Alienative-Conflicts that exist due
    to Alienative-concentrations-of-Excessive-Wealth-and-Powers.

11. People-Work-to-Mitigate Alienative-Conflicts
