Each community which Fails-to-Guarantee ALL ITS  RESIDENTS
TRUE  PRIVACY-RIGHTS  within  ALL  their  Friendships-and-
Healthy-Intimate-Relationships   ---   thereby  Grants-TO-
BULLIES  Rights  TO-DOMINATE/DESTROY Vulnerable: Children,
Women, Strangers and Foreigners --- who are "different" as
minority-poor-people.

In the absence of Privacy-Rights  Righteousness-is-Defined
in terms of Conformity to BULLIES': Prescriptions, Taboos,
Proscriptions,   Demands,  Commands,  Laws,   Legislation,
Doctrines,   Rituals,  Traditions,  and Concentrations  of
Wealth-and-Powers.

In  the  absence of Privacy-Rights very  few  virtues  are
defined  by ALIENATIVE-BULLIES as of  ULTIMATE-CONCERN  to
the exclusion of consensus agreements among common healthy
people  about transcendent clusters-of-virtues which  cast
safety nets around the very few virtues which are  defined
by  ALIENATIVE-BULLIES  as of ULTIMATE-CONCERN to them  in
their  patterns  of concentrating  wealth-and-powers  into
their own greedy/alienative hands.
