%MITIGATING EVIL BY NOT COPYING ALIENATIVE BEHAVIOR 080504

When dealing with  EVIL --- it is helpful  to consider the
following suggestions regarding the presence of EVIL;   in
OUR Lives and in OUR Communal-Environments.

 1.  If  there is no human RELATIONSHIP  present  ---   we
cannot  with  integrity make a good case for  saying  that
EVIL is present.

 2.  We  can  with integrity make a good case  for  saying
that EVIL is present ---  ONLY-WHEN there  is  some  human
RELATIONSHIP present.

 3.  To the  extent that We-Are-Not-Present ---  we cannot
with  integrity  make a good case for saying that EVIL  is
present;   e.g.  if we are in No-WAY-AFFECTED by  an Evil-
RELATIONSHIP  in  which  WE-ARE-PRESENT  ---  we  have  no
experience upon  which  to base any judgment  about  OUR-
PRESENCE within an Evil-RELATIONSHIP.

 4.  To-the-Extent-That  the following Personal-Reflexive-
Realities  are  Personally-Experienced-as-Present  in  any
RELATIONSHIP;  we can know that EVIL is present with US in
the      RELATIONSHIP:      Alienation,      Estrangement,
Excommunications,   Exclusivity,  Rejections, Intolerance,
Violence, Greed,  Bullying, Domination, Segregation, Rank-
Ordering,   Wealth-Concentrations,   Power-Concentrations,
Collusive-Games-of-Mutual-Self-Deceptions,     Addictions,
Codependent-Supporters, Contentiousness, Threats, Attacks,
Denigrations,  Stealing, Polarizations,  Dichotomizations,
and Intimately-Related Other-Realities.

 5.  It follows from the above that we can know that Evil-
is-Present some Relationships ---  only to the extent that
We-Ourselves  Are-Participants in Those-Relationships  and
the Bitter/Sweet Fruits-Thereof.

 6.  EVIL  is  not an  ISOLATED-or-ISOLATABLE:   material,
energy,  spirit,  or power ---  which can exist outside of
any  relationship  and  UNILATERALLY enter into  a  thing,
place,   person,   or RELATIONSHIP from outside  ---   and
Unilaterally-Infect that into which it enters ---  Causing
that   into  which  it  enters  to  become  Evil  in   any
meaningful/significant way.

 7.  EVIL IS an aspect of each Dysfunction-Relationship of
Alienation, Estrangement, Excommunication . . . .

 8.  EVIL is NOT an  Essential-Aspect  of any Essentially-
Isolated-Individual:  Person,  Thing,  Place, Text,  Idea,
Image,  Perspective,  View, Element ---  All-By-Itself In-
and-of-Itself   Apart-from-any-Relationship.
