Many Tragedies are Rooted-in-Unilateral:  Visions, Dreams,
Hopes,   Planning,  and Conceptions-of-Virtues ---  on the
part  of Domineering-Bullies whose Paradigms have no place
in them for:  Open-and-Honest-Dialogue, Intimacies,  Love,
Cooperation, Collaboration, Humility, etc.

When Unilateral-Creations of Visions,  Dreams, Hopes,  and
Planning   come   first   and   then   Domineering-Bullies
Unilaterally-Assign   others  to  play  particular   roles
keeping  with those Unilateral-Creations ---  Alienations-
and-Estrangements are the Inevitable-Bitter-Fruits of  the
Unilateral-Initial-Creations.

The terms of:  Cooperation,  Collaborations,  Friendships,
Intimacies,   and Meaningful-Personal-Relationships  must
come  from Being-Together in  the  Mutually-Complementary-
Gracious-Ways-of-Shalom --- FROM-THE-START.

Equality-Mutuality-Balance-Cooperation-Collaborations  are
essential  DURING-THE-START  of  the  whole  trip  in  the
Gracious-Ways-of-Shalom;   they cannot be the  Destination
which is to be achieved Technocratically under the Command
of  Alienative-Bully-Technocrats.    Peace is  The-Way  in
which  True-Lovers-are-Together.     Peace  is  never  the
Destination-Reached-by-Successful-Technocratic-Bullies.
Peace  is  never  the  frosting  on  the  Cake-of-Wars-of-
Liberation-and-Democratizing.

Integrations-and-Integrities Always-Start With-Cooperative
Efforts-of-True-Lovers  Coming-Together by Mutual-Choices;
because they Mutually-Discern that they are  Fit-For-Work-
Together  because of their Mutually-Complementary:  Views,
Perspectives, Talents, Dispositions,  Clusters-of-Virtues
and Hereditary-Backgrounds-and-DNA.

Integrations-and-Integrities Never-Start Well-With-Bullies
Unilaterally-Deciding-on-a-Vision/Plan  and  then  Forcing-
Others-into-Correct-Roles   to   Fulfill   the   Superior-
Vision/Plan in Well-Managed-and-Efficient Proper-Ways that
were   Pre-Ordained   by  some   Superior-Power   who   is
Essentially-Mysterious in  Isolation.   Power-Corrupts and
Absolute-Power-Corrupts-Absolutely  in  being Alienated by
Power.  Disparities of Power, Wealth and Luxuries engender
TRAGIC: Alienation, Anger, Contentiousness, Violence, etc.
from the beginning.  There is no technical solution to any
of the many dilemmas that evolve therein.  Dilemmas can be
resolved only by True-Lovers who are Being-Together in the
Many Gracious-Ways-of-Shalom.    Dilemmas cannot be solved
by  technocrats  in the  Ways-of-Domineering-Bullies  with
superior concentrations of Wealth, Power and Influence.

     Be-Together in the Many-Gracious Ways of Shalom.
