define what MUST-NOT be done.

Other Prescriptions,  Demands, Commands,  Laws,  etc often
define what   MUST   be done.

The   above  are  designed  to  protect  individuals   and
societies    from   ENGAGING-IN   and/or   NOT-ENGAGING-IN
particular behaviors which involve high-levels-of-risk ---
due to ignorance, prejudice,  ill-will, anger, domination,
etc.

The  above often fail to achieve intended purposes due  to
one or more of the following failures:

 1.  The lack of clarity and/or specificity in language.

 2.  Overly-repressive-language which prohibits  far  more
kinds  of behavior than need to be prohibited  to  achieve
the desired effect.

 3.  Unclear-Language  which is vague about what kinds  of
behavior  need  to be prohibited due to  the  risks  which
they pose.

 4.  Unclear-Language   which  taken  literally  prohibits
behaviors which entail little if any objective risks.

 5.  Prohibitions,   commands,   demands and taboos  which
cannot  be  enforced  without  violating  people's  rights
and/or    violating   other   laws;    e.g.,     regarding
CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS/PROVISIONS and the U.N.   Universal-
Declaration-of-Human-Rights.

 6.  Prohibitions,   commands,  demands and taboos  which
taken as a whole are internally contradictory, incoherent,
and/or encourage Alienative-Behaviors;  e.g.,  Dishonesty,
Pretentions,

 7.  Collusive-Games-of-Mutual-Self-Deception  which  make
it  ABSOLUTELY-TABOO  to  describe  with  any  degree   of
accuracy what it is that Must-Not-Be-Done --- because that
Domain-of-Being-and-Doing  is ABSOLUTELY-TABOO  and  DOES-
NOT-EXIST.      This   has  been  the  case   as   regards
UNCONVENTIONAL-SEXUAL-RELATIONSHIPS,  SEX-SLAVES,  GLOBAL-
WARMING, RISING-OCEANS, PEAK-OIL, PEAK-COAL, PEAK-URANIUM,
MELTING-ICE-SHEETS, GREED,  YTHS-OF-REDEMPTIVE-ALIENATIVE-
BEHAVIORS-OF-DOMINEERING-PEOPLE,  UNJUST-ECONOMIC-SYSTEMS,
ETC.
