 Private-Greed has evolved within individual humans as the
human species evolved through the development of instincts
to survive --- even if at the expense of other competitive
creatures   Individual's  survivals  depend   upon     the
Internalization-of-Benefits  and  the Externalizations-of-
Costs of Individual Behaviors.

Corporate-Greed   has  evolved  within   Corporations   as
Corporations  have  evolved  through  the  development  of
Formal-Rules which Mandate-that-Corporations be Dedicated-
to-Giving-Benefits to the Stock-Holders-who-have-Invested-
in-the-Corporations.      Corporations-are-Given-Communal-
Advantages  in return for their Serving-the-Investors  who
with   Greed-at-Hand   Invested-to-Create-and/or   AUGMENT
Corporations.

Corporate-Greed   is  Formalized  in  the   Mandate   that
Corporations focus upon the Internalization-of-Benefits  &
the  Externalizations-of-Costs of Corporate-Behaviors  ---
so that Individual-Investors can be given the Net-Benefits
of the Concentrations-of-Powers-and-Wealth by and  through
the Corporation.

Where then  are  the Costs-of-the-Inevitable-CORRUPTION to
be Externalized?   Into what environment?   How?  Can that
be  done ---   WITHOUT-UNDERMINING  the  Integrations  and
Integrities  which make it possible for the Corporation to
be Created-and-Survive?  Is the arrangement sustainable?

     Be-Together in the Many-Gracious ways of Shalom.
