Much can be discerned about a community by observing  what
Relevant-Topics  members of the community are free to talk
about,   and  what Relevant-Topics they never  talk  about
openly-and-honestly  ---   even  though  open  and  honest
dialogue   about  the  avoided  topics  could  have   many
potential benefits.

Much can  also be discerned about a community by observing
what Irrelevant-Topics are chosen to be the focus of a lot
of  conversation ---  in place of open and honest dialogue
about more truly Relevant-Topics.

Much  can be discerned about a community by observing  the
extent   to  which  advertising  which  promotes  business
transactions  ---   plays a major role in  motivating  and
guiding conversations ---  in place of talking about  more
truly Relevant-Topics.

It  is  important to take note of how time is spent  in  a
community;   and what are the factors which play important
roles in determining how time-is-spent; budgeted.

     What roles do:

 1.  Taboos play?
 2.  Collusive-Games-of-Mutual-Self-Deception play?
 3.  Addictions and codependencies play?
 4.  Advertisements play?
 5.  Manipulated news reports play?
 6.  What roles do institutional religious dogmas play?
 7.  What roles do Nationalistic Political dogmas play?
 8.  Corporate Competition for Dominance play?
