The communities and leaders that place more emphasis  upon
COMPETITION between DIFFERING people-and-teams;  than upon
COOPERATION  among  DIFFERING people-and-teams;   lay  the
tragic foundations for the evolution of DOMINEERING-PEOPLE
and    DOMINEERING-COALITIONS    of:     differing-people,
strangers, aliens, and foreigners.

Children who are taught as above, that COMPETITION is more
honorable than COOPERATION --- naturally evolve into being
Domineering-People and participating often in Domineering-
Coalitions  ---   that  set out to win at the  expense  of
those whom they defeat.

In competitions the primary distinction is between winners
who are Honored; and defeated-losers who are  NOT-Honored.
In  the  Absence-of-Losers  it is  not possible to  Honor-
Winners.      Winning   is  implicitly  about   successful
Domination-Over-Losers.   The language which is often used
makes that point explicitly in crude ways.

In communities which are Dominated by  Domineering-People,
many  young people are not truly encouraged to participate
in   Mitigating-Defeats  by   Emphasizing-Cooperation-and-
Colaboration -- in the Intentional-Absence-of-Competition.
Young   people are conditioned to "think"  and  "feel"  in
terms  of  Win-or-Lose,   Fight-to-Win,    Control-to-Win,
Sacrifice-Others-to-Win,  and  Do-Not-be-Sympathetic-with-
Losers.

Such  training  does not lay robust  foundations  for  the
Many-Gracious-Ways-of-Shalom, for Communal-Health,  or for
Personal-Health-embedded-within-Communal-Health.       The
foundations  for  Personal-and-Communal  Integrations-and-
Integrities are ignored, and civility crashes.  Negativity
reigns supreme in destructive ways.
