      Domineering-People can often be Self-Confident.
      Tragic-Leaders  have often been Self-Confident.

Self-Confidence is NOT,  By-Itself, an  indication  that a
person is worthy of trust, honor, support, respect, etc.

Self-Confidence When-Integrated  with  a Balanced-Group of
the Virtues such as those that follow --- is a sign that a
person MAY be worthy of trust,  honor,  support,  respect,
etc.
