    What  are the most helpful meanings that can be  found
while  reading the following texts?   Literal meanings may
not be the most helpful ones.   Your responses may be more
helpful than literal interpretations of the texts!

    While we are committed to Mitigating-Our-Alienation we
need  to  be  careful to avoid letting  other  traditional
and/or tacit committments --- undermine how effectively we
can  work  on   Mitigating-Our-Alienation.     Among  such
traditional and/or tacit committments are committments  by
us and/or our best supporters to:

  1.  Insure that our own team wins   our   conflicts.
  2.  Insure that  our  enemies are defeated/denigrated.
  3.  Punish  our  enemies --- for past wrongs.
  4.  Punish  our  enemies --- for being evil.
  5.  Eliminate  our  enemies --- because they are evil.
  6.  Satisfy  our  own emotional needs for revenge.
  7.  Maintain the integrity of collusive games of MSD.
  8.  Maintain a traditional pecking order/caste system.
  9.  Maintain our fiction of never making any mistakes.
 10.  Satisfy the desires/needs of our loyal supporters.
 11.  Honor our parents and ancestors  for like service.
 12.  Maintain  our  long-honored traditional behaviors.
 13.  Transcend our limits of time, space and resources.
 14.  Transcend our limits of knowledge & understanding.
 15.  Transcend our limited ability to be in control.
 16.  Transcend nature's limits on exponential growth.
 17.  Achieve invulnerability through unilateral actions.

    The above list is, of course, incomplete.  In any case
sub-conscious committments can undermine our effectiveness
in  working to Mitigate-Alienation.   We need to be  clear
about what such committments may be; and how they can work
to  undermine  our effectiveness in working  to  Mitigate-
Alienation.    If we do not work to Mitigate-Alienation we
may together destroy God's Whole-Village-Earth.   There is
no back-up copy of God's Whole-Village-Earth. Be aware and
beware.

     Be Graciously-Together in the Many-Ways-of-Shalom.
