    Domineering-Leaders in all kinds of groups find it  to
their    Special-Greedy-Advantage   to   encourage   their
followers   to   be  Externally-Motivated-and-Guided   ---
thereby concentrating power into the hands of Domineering-
Leaders   who  are  also  Externally-Motivated  by   other
Thoughtless-Domineering-Leaders who are Playing-Collusive-
Games-of-Mutual-Self-Deception --- with all others who are
like them in Unknown-Ways.

    Externally    Motivated-and-Guided   people   can   be
dominated  relatively easily ---  as noted in some of  the
essays just before this one.

    In addition to the Realities-Known-By such Externally-
Motivated-and-Guided  people ---  there are  Non-External-
Realities which are INTERNAL,  REFLEXIVE, DIALECTICAL, and
KNOWN-IN: OPEN, HONEST, MUTUAL and BALANCED DIALOGUE.

    Such additional realities include Non-External:

    Integrity,     Authenticity,    Authority,

    Holy-Spirit,   Shalom,          Hope,

    Faith,         Grace,           Love, etc.

    The  above  are not External-Ideal-Forms which can  be
imposed by force by Domineering-People.

    The above INTERNAL-REALITIES exist INTERNALLY,  inside
of  Personal-Relationships  which  demonstrate  the  above
additional realities.

    In  the ABSENCE of such  Personal-Relationships  which
demonstrate   the  above  INTERNAL-REALITIES  ---   it  is
virtually  impossible to find and acknowledge the  reality
of such INTERNAL-REALITIES which exist INTERNALLY,  inside
of  Personal-Relationships  which  demonstrate  the  above
additional  realities.    They do not exist  elsewhere  as
Ideal-Forms  which  Domineering-People  can  impose   from
outside of Authentic-Personal-Relationships.

     Be Graciously-Together in the Many-Ways-of-Shalom.
