Disciplined formal professional statements of formal descriptive: generalizations, laws, hypotheses, and confirmed theories --- carefully based upon empirical observations and reports made by-self and/or by others engaged in formal scientific research which is refereed. 7. Casual statements of impressions, opinions, beliefs, hunches, intuitions, convictions, etc. in the absence of disciplined, intentional and or formal consideration of substantiated empirical evidence.
