     It  is  important  to recognize that the  essence  of
conflict  resolution entails the full integration of  that
which has been perceived as being in conflict ---  into as
well integrated a whole as is possible to exist.  Mutually
complementary  parts  of the whole are not  inherently  in
conflict  with each other ---  but only in the perceptions
of   people   who are tragically in  conflict  with   each
other   because   they  do  not  recognize  the   mutually
complementary parts as such.

     The  destruction of mutually complementary  parts  of
the  whole does not resolve the conflict which people have
tragically  perceived to exist ---  where no real conflict
has existed ---  except perhaps within the collusive games
of  mutual self deception played by tragic people  engaged
in trying to be "loyal" to The Fallen Powers That Be.

     "Loyalty"  cannot be True-Loyalty to that which lacks
coherence  and  lacks integrity.   It is impossible to  be
Truly-Loyal  to "The-Fallen-Powers-That-Be"  because  they
lack coherence and lack integrity.  It is impossible to be
Truly-Loyal  to each other in  Playing-Collusive-Games-of-
Mutual-Self-Deception   ---    because  such   games   are
inherently  destructive  and disintegrative  of  all  that
which is coherent and well-integrated.

     Conflict-Resolution  cannot exist in the  absence  of
the   Essential-Foundations   for    Personal-and-Communal
Integrations-and-Integrities;

     e.g.,   cannot exist within a  community   which   is
dominated  by  the   concerns   of Domineering-People  who
presume-to-be "Loyal" supporters of "Righteousness";

     i.e.,  which  is  "In-Conformity"   according  to the
Standards-and-Prescriptions" of The-Dominant-Powers-That-
Be-Fallen" and as yet ---

     Not-Redeemed,
     Not-Reconciled  and
     Not-Integrated because

     the ˙members ˙are clinging to ˙Tragically-Incoherent-
Ideals which confuse

     False-Incoherent-Vices with Truly-Integrative-Ideals.

     Be Graciously-Together in the Many-Ways-of-Shalom.
