     Systematics, Analyses and Spontaneities;

     Givings, Gettings and Sharings;

     Civility, Cooperation and Hospitality;

     Ways of describing who  is  IN,  and who  is Outted.
     Ways of prescribing who is  IN,   & who  is Rejected.
     Ways of excommunicating whoever is not "fitting-in."
     Ways of excommunicating whoever is not "proper".
     Ways of excommunicating whoever is not "conforming."
     Ways of excommunicating whoever is not "cooperating".
     Ways of excommunicating whoever is "just a minority."
