     The many tragedies  wrapped-up  within  the  physical
damage  which  Hurricane Katrina  inflicted  upon  South-
Central USA and the USA as a whole,  are rooted in decades
of tragically-misleading  preoccupations of  All-Kinds  of
American-Leaders;  e.g.,  religious, political,  academic,
scientific, engineering,  athletic, competitive, business,
cultural,     entertainment,     military,     industrial,
capitalistic,  etc.   Few,  if any,  Kinds-of-Leaders have
been innocent.

     Many Kinds-of-Leaders had long been preoccupied with:

 1.  Identifying "Evil-People".
 2.  Identifying "Good-People".
 3.  Projecting: blame, shame, guilt, etc. onto others.
 4.  Projecting: blame, shame, guilt, etc. away from self.
 5.  Isolated-Individuals, rather than with relationships.
 6.  Superiority and perfection, not with relationships.
 7.  Ideal-Forms, conformity, formulas and formalities.
 8.  Prescriptions and proscriptions, not descriptions.
 9.  Knowing  the Will-of-God,  not the Will-of-Neighbors.
10.  Retributive-Justice, not Distributive-Justice.

     While all Kinds-of-Leaders  made the  above Kinds-of-
Tragic-Mistakes,   not  all-leaders made all of the  above
Tragic-Mistakes.

     We  need  to stop playing  collusive-games-of-mutual-
self-deception  in being preoccupied with projecting  evil
away  to  somewhere  outside   of  our  own  dysfunctional
relationships.   All the long-term real-fruits of all such
dishonest   games are bitter-fruits.    We need  to  judge
such  dishonest-games  in terms of the  fruits which  they
shower upon us ---  wrapped up in our protective ignorance
and biased prejudices.
