       What  are  the "Essential-Authorities"  and/or  the
"Exclusive-Authorities" which are the foundations for both
Personal-Integrity and Communal-Integrity --- transcending
provincialisms within humane cultures and traditions?

            Consider the following possibilities:

     1.  The Old-Testament-Books of the Bible as preserved
by:   Jews,  Roman-Catholics,  Eastern-Orthodox,  Muslims,
Protestants, etc. --- as variously interpreted.

     2.  The New-Testament-Books of the Bible as preserved
by  Jews,  Roman-Catholics,    Eastern-Orthodox,  Muslims,
Protestants, etc. --- as variously interpreted.

     3.  The   Koran  as  preserved  by  Muslims  ---   as
variously interpreted.

     4.  The  teachings  incarnate in the lives of  people
who  focus  upon  the religions of the  Far-East  ---   as
variously interpreted.

     5.  The findings of highly disciplined, open, honest,
and  accurate  modern scientists as described  in  diverse
languages within international publications;  on paper and
within  computer  systems,  including  the  international-
world-wide-web --- as variously interpreted.

     6.  The  traditional literatures,   myths,   stories,
poems,  novels, songs,  etc.  of diverse people around the
world.

     7.  The as yet un-articulated, un-spoken, un-written,
and  un-sung  experiences  and  understandings  of diverse
people around the world.

     8.  Other possibilities may be added.

     On  what basis are any of the above to  be  excluded?
By whom?  By virtue of what kinds of powers?  By virtue of
what authority?   Who is to say what should be excluded?
