     Communities which are founded upon the Principles-of-
Conditional-Membership thereby lay the foundations for the
disintegration  of both the community-as-a-whole  and  its
members-as-individuals ---   because under the Principles-
of-Conditional-Membership:

     1.  Continued  membership depends upon conformity  of
some kind.

     2.  Non-conforming members are to be excommunicated.

     3.  Excommunication   entailes  alienation  which  is
