     When  we  find ourselves in a profoundly  threatening
situation in whom and/or what should we put our trust:

     1.  The  kind  of people who created  the  profoundly
threatening situation?

     2.  People who have dominated us and/or those  around
us?

     3.  What  the above kinds of people have presented as
worthy of trust, respect, support and/or reverence?

     4.  True-Lovers  who have taken risks and  helped  to
meet our needs at significant costs to themselves?

     5.  Flexible  people who have demonstrated that  they
are  able  to adapt to new and threatening  situations  in
creative/integrative ways?

     6.  Rigid  people who stay-the-course which they have
set-up  and refuse to learn from the consequences of  what
that course-has-caused to occur?

     7.  Ancient  authorities  as  interpreted  by current
domineering people who are arrogant,  self-righteous,  and
demanding?

     Upon what basis can a wise decision be made?   One of
the above?   Some other basis  --- based  upon  reasonably
current   experiences   by  diverse,    thoughtful,    and
