     The  following important questions relate to justice,
respect, honor, support, reverence, personal-integrity and
communal  integrity.    The  following  kinds of questions
should  be  asked  of  candidates for election  to  public
office  --- by citizens and by moderators of debates among
candidates for election:

     1.  Under what kinds of circumstances is it right for
wealthy,   powerful and "invulnerable" people to use their
wealth  and  power IN WAYS WHICH INCREASE-ALIENATION among
them and the people who are less wealthy,  less  powerful,
and MORE VULNERABLE?

     2.  In terms of what ideals,  values,  principles and
virtues which relate to true-justice ---  can SUCH USES of
wealth and power be "justified" to the people who are less
wealthy,  less powerful AND MORE VULNERABLE?  Justified to
the  God  which  the  more  wealthy  and  powerful  people
properly-worship with "integrity"?

     3.  In terms of what ideals,  values,  principles and
virtues which relate to true-justice ---  can SUCH USES of
wealth  and power be "justified"  to the people  who  make
INTEGRRATIVE use of their greater wealth and power?    How
can    such   wealthy   and   powerful   people    justify
DISINTEGRATIVE  uses  of their wealth and  power  ---   as
essential foundations for the  kinds  of  integrations and
integrities which are essential to their own own long-term
health, wealth, meaning, fulfillment, and shalom?  In such
circumstances   can   there  be  any   justification   for
DISINTEGRATIVE  behaviors  ---  other  than  "might-makes-
right"?

     Note  that  the  first question  includes  "INCREASE-
ALIENATION".   That inclusion is  central  to all of these
these questions.   Personal-and-communal integrations-and-
integrities  are  regularly  undermined  by  increases  in
alienation  due  to powerful and wealthy people acting  in
