     The world  needs  to go  through  a  de-polarization-
transition within which people draw-back from bi-polar and
dichotomous  either/or  framing of questions,   attitudes,
analysis,   reasoning and emotions.     Domineering-people
will  oppose  any such transition ---  because on the  far
side  of  that  transition they will have  less  power  to
manage  vulnerable  people's responses to all  efforts  to
