    Each  person's  freedom-liberty has to  do  with  how
significantly  and meaningfully they can  participate  in
governing  the  ways in which they are members  of  their
communities.     We are not-free-with-true-liberty if  we
cannot-make-meaningful-choices   and  cannot  learn-from-
making-meaningful-choices and from meaningfully-observing
the  effects-of-acting-upon  our  own  and  cooperatively
making our-own-meaningful-choices.

    Domineering-people try to make most-choices for other
people and communities.    Domineering people try to "be-
in-charge";    "in-control".      To  the   extent   that
domineering-people  are in-charge and/or are   in-control
--- other people are-not-free; other people do-not-enjoy-
liberty in-meaningful-ways.

    Domineering-people  believe-and-act as if they SHOULD
be  in-charge  and/or  in-control.     Domineering-people
believe-and-act  as if IT-IS-THEIR-DUTY and  IT-IS-THEIR-
RESPONSIBILITY  to-control-the-outcomes of the decisions-
which-are-made  and  the outcomes of the  actions  taken.
They  view  themselves as THE-CEO of  their  communities.
They  are trying to act as the GOD of their  communities.
The   consequences  of  the  decisions  and  actions   of
domineering  people  are  consistently  alienataive   and
disintegrative.    Domineering  people do not  facilitate
