     The following  suggests  some of  the  limitations of
capitalism  and similar economic,  political,   religious,
scientific,   and militaristic systems of  domination  and
environmental exploitation ---  which  demonstrate  little
regard   or   concern   for   internationally    respected
declarations of humane rights.

     For  a community and the people within the  community
to enjoy both communal and personal integrity ---

     the community-as-a-whole,  and  all  the  individuals
within the-community-as-a-whole,   must all ---

     to the best of their abilities --- work to assure ---

     that they all build upon and are free to enjoy the

     essential foundations of personal/communal integrity.

                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

     Such  essential  foundations must not be regarded  as
privileges that may be properly limited to:

     1.  Proper conformists,
      2.  Winners of contests,
       3.  The most successful persons and groups,
        4.  The most popular entertainers,
         5.  The most respected leaders,
          6.  The most militant dominators,
           7.  The most powerful political leaders,
            8.  CEOs of the largest corporations,
             9.  The accumulators of the most wealth,
              10.  The most powerful religious leaders,
               11.  Kings, Queens, Emperors, Dictators,
                12.  The most arrogant & self-righteous.

     The  endurance  of  the community and  its  integrity
depend upon the  community and all  individuals within the
community working to assure that they all ---

     to the best of their abilities --- work to assure ---

     that they all have the rights & are free to enjoy the

     essential foundations of personal/communal integrity.

     No individuals or groups can have the power to change
human circumstances so that the above declarations will no
longer be true, no longer be respected,  or become matters
