     Not   all   factual   statements   are   particularly 
meaningful  in a particular community or to  a  particular 
person.  
     
     Not  all  meaningful  statements  are  recognized  as 
legitimate   factual  statements   within   a   particular 
community, or to a particular person.  
     
     In  each  instance a statement  may  be  regarded  as 
somewhat-factual  AND  as  somewhat-meaningful;     or  to 
dichotomous/domineering  people  as  clearly  one-way   or 
another-way which is "opposite". 
     
     Domineering  people are not likely to agree  on  what 
the  two  mutually exclusive ways-of-looking-at-statements 
are: 
     
     1.  Purely factual but not meaningful.
     2.  Both factual and meaningful; ABSOLUTELY TRUE. 
     3.  Not factual, not meaningful; ABSOLUTELY FALSE.
