     Domineering people who stand willing to sacrifice:   
                                                          
      honesty, humility, civility, tolerance, etc. ---    
                                                          
      have abused diverse technologies to dominate others.
                                                          
       Among those abused diverse technologies are:       
                                                          
        iron weapons for violating people's bodies,       
         horses & chariots for winning wars,              
          horses & chariots to carry home fruits of war,  
           crosses for crucifixions and intimidations,    
            denigrations of "the-few" to divert attention,
             doctrines and rituals to define "the-few",   
              laws and regulations to concentrate power,  
               economic systems to reward "the-elite",    
                sexual instincts & desires to tempt many, 
                 maternal instincts to enslave many,      
                  science and technology for better wars; 
                   the-tragic-list can go on-and-on as    
                    described in "Constantine's Sword"    
                     regarding Christians' and Jews'      
                      tragic pattern of relationships.    
                                                          
     The abuse of technology flows from unresolved fears, 
      conflicts, and contests related to scarce resources;
       when insensitive people are willing to sacrifice:  
        honesty, humility, civility, tolerance, etc. ---  
         in egotistical, self-centered, narcissistic ---  
          technocratic-rituals designed to appease the    
           gods of fear, anxiety and insecurity.          
                                                          
     The more technocrats work together in concentrating  
      technocratic powers --- the more sure they are of   
       themselves and their technocratic powers to be     
        successfully dominant over vulnerable people      
         who are: thirsty, hungry, homeless, sick,        
          ill-at-ease, diseased, and marginalized         
           near the boundaries which are drawn by         
            people who have concentrated power,
