     The  following  are some potentially  helpful  coping
strategies  in situations which continue to be contentious
and challenging:                                          
                                                          
     1.  Seek  to  identify what is  RECEIVING  INADEQUATE
ATTENTION;   e.g.,   repressed: ideas,   ideals,   values,
principles,    hopes,   aspirations,    fears,    desires,
minorities,   women,  children,  technologies,   concepts,
languages, etc.                                           
                                                          
     2.  Seek  to  identify  what is  RECEIVING  EXCESSIVE
ATTENTION; perhaps to distract attention away from some of
the above which are RECEIVING INADEQUATE ATTENTION.   "The
Domination  System"   may be at work to  repress  whatever
might  expose "The Domination System"  to the honest light
of  public awareness and discussion among  many  differing
