This would suggest that lovers who are fulfilling God's will --- will not be dominated by fear. Will lovers not fear the natural consequences of doing what is clearly foolish to do? Will they not fear the natural consequences of arrogance, self-righteousness, and being mean? Clearly we need to distinguish between different kinds of fears. Clearly some kinds of fears are worthy of respect. Thus, not all kinds of fears are to be "cast out". How are we to discern which kinds of fears are to be "cast out" by Love, and which kinds of fears are NOT to be "cast out" by Love? 1. It IS WISE and prudent to fear the NATURAL consequences of human actions; i.e., we should fear the NATURAL consequences which follow because of objects behaving in accordance with the NATURAL laws of physics and chemistry which DESCRIBE the reliable patterns of physical interactions between physical objects. 2. It IS NEITHER WISE nor prudent to be dominated by fears of rejections and excommunications by domineering people who are faithful supporters of "The Powers That Be" of "The Domination System". 3. It IS WISE to learn how to recognize, name, talk about, understand, and work to subvert the ways in which domineering people manipulate people by manipulating vulnerable people's fears, shame and guilt. 4. It IS NOT WISE to adopt the manipulative ways of domineering people --- in efforts to control domineering people's alienative ways of behaving. 5. It IS WISE to respect, honor, trust and support non-violent, non-coercive and non-alienative ways of of resolving conflicts and mis- understandings; i.e., ways which do NOT entail the manipulation of people's fears, shame, and guilt.
