     It  is dangerous to grant to individuals the right to
sue  "on principle"  regardless of the amount of damage or
the risk of damage which they might experience.           
                                                          
     Should  someone in the farthest reaches of the  world
have a right to sue you regardless of how little damage or
risk of damage they have suffered because of your actions?
Why so?  By what principles?  Are the rules of due-process
not to   be  honored  as  regards  not being: capricious, 
prejudicial and/or arbitrary?                             
                                                          
     Should  any  person  have an absolute  right  to  sue
another person even if:                                   
                                                          
     1.  The   people  do  not  know  each  other  through
previous interactions?                                    
                                                          
     2.  There  has been no actual demonstrable damage    
done?                                                     
                                                          
     3.  There  is  no proof of a credible  likelihood  of
damage likely to occur?                                   
                                                          
     4.  There  is  no proof of an intent to  bring  about
probable damage?                                          
                                                          
     5.  It  is reasonable to consider the possibility  of
