     When a community persistently gives more attention   
       to domineering people, than to cooperative ones;   
         it is natural for domination to increase.        
                                                          
     When the news media focus most of their attention    
       upon destructive actions, and little upon          
         construction actions; it is natural for          
           destructive actions to increase and            
             constructive actions to decrease.            
                                                          
     When community leaders focus negative attention      
       upon creative non-conformists and positive         
         attention upon supporters of                     
           The Domination System; it should be            
             no surprise that The Domination System       
               grows more dominant --- and healthy        
                 Cooperative Systems decline.             
                                                          
     When common people are quiet about the greed         
       of Domineering supporters of the tragic            
         Domination System, and indifferent to            
           the sacrificial efforts of healthy             
             creative leaders of cooperative works;       
               they should not be surprised that          
                 they become more victimized by           
                   those whom they let be their
