The generation and enforcement of needed standards --- are likely to degenerate into standardization of patterns of dysfunctional conformity and monotony. 2. The need for balance, moderation and self-control --- is likely to become perverted into extremists demanding that there be external controls with unbalanced benefits to the controllers. 3. The need for mutual understandings about gracious boundaries in human relationships --- is likely to become perverted into the unilateral generation of bonds which constrain and inhibit authentic, open, and honest dialogue --- and so to lead the inhibition of: authenticity, creativity, reconciliation, recreation, healing, rebirth, renewal, learning and liberal education. 4. The sense of the presence and spirit of God ---is likely to become perverted into the sense of having eaten heavily of the fruit the tree of the knowledge of who is good and who is evil ---so generating the disintegration of personal and communal integrities ---because of pride, self-righteousness, arrogance and domination on the part of people who see themselves as superiors over others who are inferiors. 5. The call to be perfect even as God is perfect --- misleads many to become alienated extremists who perfect coercive/technocratic ways of perfecting other's: assumptions, attitudes, emotions, beliefs, and patterns of conformal behavior. 6. Revealing myths, allegories and stories about people's lives/relationships --- are likely to become treated as prescriptions and proscriptions which are to be enforced with coercive force --- rather than as descriptions of and pointers-to liberating understandings and discernments --- of spiritual truths about healthy and unhealthy human relationships. 7. Revealing forms of healthy humane relationships which are admired --- are likely to become the basis for creating prescriptive formulas and formalities which must be conformed to --- in order to be seen as good isolated individuals who are right, righteous, proper, and superior to --- disturbing creative non-conformists engaged in creative and integrative humane relationships.
