for  peace and cooperation to avoid the temptation to  try                                                                     
to confirm/overturn the outcome of the last battle.                                                                            
                                                                                                                               
     We  need  to seek rather to lay foundations  for  the                 
framing  of truly new questions which will  contribute  to                                                           
the  resolution  of  enduring  disintegrative   conflicts,                                              
coercion,  manipulations, and violence.   Only then may we           
be  free to cooperate in seeking helpful answers to useful
