     We need to beware of falling into the trap of seeking  
to   manage  what words on the bottom  three  lines  below                                                                     
point  to ---  rather than seeking to manage what words in

     When  we go to and focus upon the bottom three  lines                                                                     
---  we disintegrate because  the  strategies  represented                          
by  the  lower   level,  accentuate   the   problems   and                                                                     
dilemmas   which   they   are  ostensibly   designed    to                                                                     
minimize.    They are  like pouring gasoline on a fire  to                                                            
try to put it out.  Keeping our eyes on  the lower  levels                                                            
will cause us to  be dragged down into the lower levels of  
life.                                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                               
     If  we  are  disintegrating and seek to move  to  the                                                                   
upper  two lines  above  ---    we  increase  our  chances                                                            
of  reconciliation,    healing  and recovery  of  personal                                                                 
and  communal   integrity.    If  we  deal  honestly  with                                                                
our alienation  and  estrangement,  which are the  essence                  
of  evil,   we  will get to the roots  of  our  conflicts,                                       
coercion,  violence,  enmity and resentments.  Keeping our           
eyes  on the upper  level  will  help to lift us up out of
