           Extremists  tend  to motivate each other  to  justify                                                               
      their  choices of virtues to take to extremes.   Each kind                                                                     
      of  extremists  takes some virtue to absurd  extremes  ---                                                                     
      because  some  other extremist has taken  a  complementary                          
      virtue   to its  own extreme.     Each extremist  believes             
      that  they  are serving  as  a  cure  for  the  evils   of                                       
      another  kind  of extremist.                                                               
                                                                                                                                     
           Authoritarians react to the lack of discipline on the                                                                     
      part  of other extremists --- who challenge each and every                                                               
      authority  on  the  principle  that  no authority   should                                                                     
      be   beyond question  and that the best service that  they                                                                     
      can  offer  is to  challenge each and every  authoritative                                                                     
      statement   and  command.    Anti-authoritarians  may   be                                                                     
      seeking  to compensate  for  the evils of   authoritarians                                       
      who   dominate   people   without  any  concern  for   the               
      alienation  which   they engender;   or are so  submissive                                        
      that   they    are   willing   to   obey    any   dominant               
      personality   who   demands  obedience.    Submissive  and                                                                 
      dominant  authoritarians support each  other's   extremism                                                     
      in  reaction  to  the  extremism  of people  who  show  no                                               
      respect for any authority.               
                                                                                                                                     
           Extremely   intolerant   people   are   critical   of  
      extremists who are so lacking in convictions,  beliefs and             
      loyalty  ---   that   they  will tolerate all   kinds   of                                                                     
      foolish  thinkers,   abusive people and selfishness,   and                                                      
      regard  them as meriting uncritical respect.                                 
                                                                                                                                     
           Loyalists place their extreme  trust  in  some chosen                                                                     
      few  leaders  whom  they regard as beyond  all  criticism.                                 
      They have no principles,  ideals, values or convictions of                                         
      their own  which  will stand in the way of doing  terrible      
      things  out  of loyalty to their own few trusted  leaders.                   
      Loyalists  make  obedience their prime directive ---   and                                                                     
      are  unable  to recognize when they have been  manipulated                                                                     
      into  doing  violence  to  their  own  integrity  and  the  
      integrity of their community.   They sacrifice  intellect,                                                                
      reasoning,   and independent  judgement  on the  alter  of                                                                     
      obedience  ---   and  so encourage  other   extremists  to                                                            
      worship  intellect,   reason and  personal independence as                                                                 
      being of extreme  importance without limit.                                                             
                                                                                                                                     
           Each   kind   of   extremist  encourages  contrasting                                                           
      kinds  of extremists --- including extremists who tolerate
