     People who are preoccupied with issues of control are
in need of there being scarcity of key resources which are
regarded as essential to people whom they seek to control.
People  in need are easier to control than people who have
plenty.

     If  the essential ingredients for human  fulfillment,
satisfaction, joy and happiness are readily available---it
is  not easy to manipulate people and be in control.    In
the presence of plenty there are no handles with which  to
manipulate people---for scarcity cannot be threatened; and
undreamed  of "plenty"  cannot be offered as a  hoped  for
"reward".

     People  who  are preoccupied with issues  of  control
must,   in  the  "light"   of the  above,   eliminate  the
experience of plenty and the appearances of plenty.   They
must  get  people  to  experience  lack  of all  essential
ingredients for  human fulfillment,  satisfaction, joy and
happiness.    They must generate an "economy of  scarcity"
of:    love,   affection,    opportunities,    acceptance,
affirmations,  clarity, approval,  self-esteem, knowledge,
community,   energy,  insight, minerals,  and resources in
general.

     To control people there must be control of the supply
of and  access  to  the  essential  ingredients  for human
fulfillment, satisfaction, joy, hope and happiness.  Where
there  is plenty, it must appear that there is not plenty.
Where there  is access, the access must be  brought  under
control.  Where there is love, there must be the restraint
of love,   Where there is affection,  it must be rationed.
Where  there  are  many  opportunities,   there  must   be
guidance. Where there  is acceptance,  it must be filtered
through requirements and prohibitions.    Where  there are
affirmations,   they  must  be denials.   Where  there  is
clarity,  it must be clouded with confusion.   Where there
are  excessive  approvals,   there must be  judgments  and
condemnation.    Where there is unbridled self-esteem,  it
must be undermined.  Where there is knowledge,  it must be
forgotten.    Where  there is community,   there  must  be
conflict.   Where there is energy,  it must be dissipated.
Where there is insight, it must be dismissed.  Where there
are resources, they must be managed by people in control.

     People  who  threaten  this  program  of  control  by
generating the possibility of generosity, are people to be
feared   and  threatened;   for  they  may  undermine  the
possibility of our being in control---our only hope.

     Threats  to our program of control may take the  form
of people helping each other recognize we controllers want
to be in control of what is  important and/or essential to
human  fulfillment---and  that  our  control  of  what  is
important  and/or essential is the key to our power.   How
many  people  see  this clearly?   That  is  an  important
