The import of reflexive realities is not embedded in any eternal/essential aspect of the reflexive realities--- for reflexive realities change along with the people who reflect upon themselves and upon the realities. The use and abuse of reflexive realities changes their imports. The use and abuse of them engenders and imports new (and often dis-integrative) important meanings and significances. What tools mean to people depends upon how they have used and abuse the tools; and upon how they have been used and abused through the use of the tools. When reflexive realities are used and abused by people who are seeking to be in control, the people who are the victims of such use and abuse learn to regard those reflexive tools in new and different ways---which are ways which may be contrary to the ways in which those reflexive realities have been regarded in the past by different people who have not been so victimized. Thus the reflexive meanings and significance of reflexive realities/tools change according to how they are used and abused. Religious scriptures, doctrines, rituals, traditions, institutions, organizations, buildings and related realities are reflexive realities---whose meanings and significance change depending upon how they are used and abused by people who are coercive, manipulative, addictive, collusive; and by people who are codependent supporters of such people. Religiosity, piety, and purity are not effective defenses against such changes being made through use and abuse. The integrative aspects of scriptures, doctrines, rituals, traditions, institutions, organizations, buildings and related reflexive realities can be preserved only through persistently seeking to promote personal and communal integrity through focusing upon those integrative aspects. Those integrative aspects cannot be preserved through efforts to prevent change, growth, evolution, and devolution. Such efforts to control are bound to be dis- integrative, rather than integrative.
