     Human  tendencies,   desires and instincts  are often
perverted into disintegrative expressions---and there is a
human tendency, desire and/or instinct to try to solve the
apparent  problem  by  repressing or controlling  original
tendencies,    desires  and  instincts;   e.g.,    sexual,
territorial, possessive, manipulative, etc.

     Often  what  appear to be technical problems  calling
for technical  solutions are not technical problems,   and
can not be solved by any technical response.   Perversions
of  human  tendencies,   desires  and  instincts  generate
dilemmas---not technical problems.   It is not wise to try
to resolve   a   dilemma   through  technical/manipulative
responses.

     It  is wise to seek ways to promote  the  integration
into healthy patterns of life---of those human tendencies,
desires  and  instincts  which are  often  perverted  into
disintegrative  expressions.    In   the   ABSENCE  of the
encouragement  of,   and role models of their  integration
into healthy patterns of life, perversions are LIKELY.  In
the PRESENCE of healthy encouragement of and role modeling
integration is likely In any case---attempts to repress or
control  original  tendencies,  desires  and instincts are
likely to  lead to personal and communal disintegration---
