     For  the  newborn baby to grow up with  personal  and
communal   integrity   and  to  avoid  yielding   to   the
temptations  of  dichotomous  technocrats---the  following
tragic possibilities must be transcended:

     1.  Preoccupation with dichotomous questions---to the
exclusion of integrative questions and role models.

     2.  Preoccupation   with  technical  means---to   the
exclusion  of reflexive considerations and cooperation  in
support of integrative people and their priorities.

     3.  Focusing   upon  objective   realities---to   the
exclusion   of   considering  reflexive   realities   with
integrative people.

     4.  Preoccupation with analysis---to the exclusion of
reflecting upon what is essential to personal and communal
integrity.

     5.  Fixations  upon  means to fix  imperfections---in
the absence of talking about what is essential to personal
and communal integrity.

     6.  Celebrating   technologies  as  worthy  of  great
respect---in the absence of celebrating integrative ideals
and values which are worthy of great respect.

     7.  Believing  that they can avoid being involved  in
making  value  judgments---by  attempting to  be  involved
exclusively in technical considerations.

     8.  Pretending to  be  broad minded---while  focusing
