Collectively none of us are equal to God the creator. No thing, being or creation, in the birth of which any human has ever played a role, is God the creator. When we worship any thing, being or creation of any kind which is not God the creator---we disintegrate both personally and communally. We disintegrate both personally and communally when we are alienated, estranged, or excommunicated from ourselves, others, and/or God the creator. We become integrated both personally and communally when we are true to ourselves, others and God the creator. We are truly secure when we are offered and accept Love's gifts of the true freedom to be safely vulnerable in being true to ourselves, others and God the creative ground of our being our unique selves. We are prone to engage in addictive manipulations and the codependent support of addictive manipulations---even though such manipulations are usually dishonest, coercive, violent, alienative and so disintegrative of persons and communities. We cannot achieve our own salvation as individuals, organizations or institutions through any of our favorite chosen assumptions, beliefs, convictions, works, sacrifices, doctrines, rituals, scriptures or technologies. We cannot truly see ourselves as God sees us; and so we cannot make reliable integrative judgments about our relative worths, merits or degrees of salvation. We err when we yield to the temptations of facilitating any alienative judgments, condemnations, punishments, or excommunications. The more highly and/or exclusively we think of ourselves, our groups, our creations, or our merits--- the more likely it is that we are disintegrating as persons and communities. The more exclusive we are in our assumptions, beliefs, convictions, works, sacrifices, doctrines, rituals, scriptures, perceptions, languages, writings, and gatherings---the more likely it is that we are disintegrating as persons and communities. The more honestly inclusive we seek to be---the more we become persons and communities of integrity. The more preoccupied we are with conformity---the more we become involved in dishonesty, collusive games of mutual self deceptions, coercion, violence and other alienative behaviors. The more alienated and out of touch we are with differing people, the more conceited and arrogant we become with those those who share our beliefs and alienation. Only when we know and acknowledge our limits and limitations, and worship only the creative ground of our being true to our unique selves and each other---only then can we be truly secure and enjoy personal and communal integrity.
