which  some powerful people object?    According  to  what
kinds of criteria can such a question be answered in a way
which will promote both personal and communal integrity.

     Clearly  the above question cannot be answerer wisely
in terms of objective criteria because the question has to
do with reflexive relationships.

     Clearly the above question cannot be answered  wisely
in  terms of only legal precedent,  legalistic  attitudes,
and litigious  procedures---for to do so would be  to  beg
